Seamless Pipes
Seamless pipes are manufactured without a welded seam, providing superior strength, uniformity, and pressure-handling capability. They are produced by piercing a solid steel billet to create a hollow tube, resulting in a homogeneous grain structure throughout the pipe wall.
ERW Pipes
Electric Resistance Welded (ERW) pipes are manufactured by rolling steel strips into a cylindrical shape and welding the longitudinal seam using high-frequency electric current. This produces a strong, reliable weld with minimal heat-affected zone.
SAW Pipes (LSAW / HSAW)
Submerged Arc Welded (SAW) pipes are large-diameter pipes manufactured using the submerged arc welding process, available in longitudinal (LSAW) and helical/spiral (HSAW) configurations. LSAW pipes offer superior straightness and dimensional accuracy for critical applications, while HSAW pipes provide cost-effective solutions for large-diameter requirements.
Boiler Tubes
Boiler tubes are precision-manufactured seamless tubes designed for high-temperature, high-pressure boiler and superheater service in power plants and industrial boiler systems. These tubes must withstand sustained elevated temperatures and internal pressures while maintaining structural integrity over extended service life.
Heat Exchanger Tubes
Heat exchanger tubes are precision seamless or welded tubes used in shell-and-tube heat exchangers, condensers, evaporators, and feedwater heaters. They require excellent thermal conductivity, corrosion resistance, and tight dimensional control to ensure efficient heat transfer and long service life.
Line Pipes
Line pipes are specifically designed for the transportation of oil, natural gas, water, and other fluids over long distances. Manufactured to API 5L specifications in PSL1 and PSL2 quality levels, line pipes must meet stringent requirements for toughness, weldability, and resistance to hydrogen-induced cracking (HIC) and sulfide stress corrosion cracking (SSCC).
